Welcome to YT, your puppy is beautiful, we have several members that have Biewer's. For his ears, keep as much hair off of them as possible, like have the ears shaved or trimmed very short, the weight of the hair may be pulling them down, their hair goes back very fast. Other member that went through this will share their experience with you. All yorkies are notorious for chewing. You may have to crate her if you cannot supervise her, keep her space limited, give plenty of chew toys, she's at that teething stage. Again others going through this will offer up suggestions and advise.
