[Kadify]

I'm flying out to california to get my puppy on friday and am flying out on saturday morning and I've heard that I might need a health certificate. How often is this requested? I don't think there is time now to get one and if I'm not allowed to board the airplane, that'll throw everything off for me since I'm booked on the only flight back to tampa that day.

I'm going to get vet records from the breeder do you think this would be an ok substitution?
