I don't know how assertive you want to get w/ it, but some have had great luck w/ the Bark Genie. You could use it only if/when she gets too far out of control - and you can say "no bark" at the same time; eventually the "no bark" should be enough.
It emits a sound that is akin (for a dog) to running your fingernails on a chalkboard - ie, it bothers some people a lot and not others; same w/ dogs....may work for some and not others.
