My last girl had a vertigo issue which left her with a tilted head, my vet performed acupuncture, and cured the tilt. I would definitely have acupuncture used again for any issue my vet feels acupuncture would help. My vet also travels all over, giving seminars on acupuncture, procedure, and training.
