Potty training takes a while. Don't get discouraged. It's only been a week? First thing is don't give her full run of the apt. Put up baby gates so she can't wander off. Or tie her harness to a longish leash to a piece of furniture. When she gets better, she will get more free roam. Until then, keep her to one room; whichever room you are in.
Do you have a balcony on your 3rd floor apt? I would set up a box with sod or a pee pad out there. Take her out there on a schedule. Every hour or so. If you do have a balcony, make sure you put up chicken wire or screening so she can't fall through the slats of the balcony.
If you don't have a balcony, set up a pee station somewhere in the apt. It helps to have a boundary on the pee station. So if you use a patch of sod, put it in a box. If you use a pee pad, use a pee pad holder. The holder defines the pad and it's like a tiny step up so they know when they are on it.
Also feed at the same time each day instead of free feeding. Food goes in at the same time is likely to come out at the same time as well.
Good to hear you are coming home at lunch to take her out and play.
