This sounds like more than being tired. Hard to say if it is something physical or something psychological. Anything out of the ordinary happening on those mornings that she has done this? My Teddy dislikes rain and can sense pressure changes long before a storm arrives. He will pace with his tail down and hide.
If you cannot pinpoint any unusual environmental factors (i.e. weather, noises, changes in your schedule or behavior), I would do a routine vet check.
