I'm sorry, Micaela if you felt some negativity from some over the size of your baby and the age at which you brought her home.

Most people do not find YT until after they purchase a Yorkie and are looking for more information about them They are not aware of how many problems the small Yorkies can have. They also do not know you shouldn't bring a baby home at 6 or 8 weeks. Most people are not aware of bad breeders and what to look for in the person you buy your Yorkie from. Unfortunately we learn all these things after the fact. You know the old saying about hindsight. We need to be careful to attack the breeders who do these things not the unsuspecting person who buys a puppy and don't know any better.

Most people just see the little tiny puppies and think of how cute they are and how easy it would be to take them places not knowing about the problems they can have. They did not breed them. It's good they come to YT and want the best care for that baby.

We shouldn't attack them, just be here when they need us to help them learn and give them the support they need.

I have learned so much from YT. I believe my furbaby is fortunate because I can come to YT to ask questions and get information or just to brag and talk about her. No one else but a Yorkie lover understands how these little furballs can completely capture your heart.
