sorry i was going back over reading the post.. I think he just wants you to pay for the surgy. If is was me and I could not offred the surgy and I had to have some one else pay for it , I personaly would say can you have the dog fix, I cant offered this happening again.
IMO, I think he will do it again. Poor China, She needs a better owner then him.
