Like I said in your other post, you actually have to give Benadryl every 4-6 hrs to maintain a therapeutic level bc the half life for Benadryl is so very short.
The dose for Benadryl is 1-2mg / pound. So you'd want to give that dose equivalent every 4-6 hours.
