This may sound stupid but I'm confused. My dog is 9.3 pounds. You're suppose to give the weight in mg. So I'm suppose to give him 9-10 mg of Benadryl. Do I divide that and give it to him twice a day? Or the whole thing twice a day? I bought 25mg pills, so I've been cutting them in 4's and giving him a piece for breakfast and dinner. (I just started yesterday)
Or just cut them in half and give him twice a day? (that's 12.5 pounds)
Or in 3's (that's 8.3 pounds)
But it's mg by weight each time? I don't have to divide it for the day?
