I'm very concerned that you have unfixed dogs and you think a belly band will keep the from mating it absolutely will not. They should not even be together if your watching when the famle is in heat. Every heat the female has it increases her risk for mammary cancer and the old she gets the highier her risk for Poymentra becomes and that could seriously kill her.
