I get recipes from petdiet.com. One of the benefits of it is Dr Remillard. She is great to help and answer questions. Not sure who Balance it uses. The new recipes use Chefs Canine Complete for a supplement but it's not in tablet form.
Not sure about the dark meat. I only use breast for my girls. I use green beans for the veggie mix because Rosie won't eat anything except green beams.
