No the CKC (Continental kennel club) is not ok they will register even a table as a full breed dog so someone can say they have a pure yorkie but it really be a mix. Just because a puppy is weaned does not mean it's ok to take the puppy home. The mother is still teaching them things up until 12 weeks and all reputable breeders know that. Health becomes a huge concern when it comes to getting a puppy from a non reputable breeder, even if they seem healthy now they can have many different genetic issues pop up as the get older.
