Trupanion covers dentals but neither cover neutering. The difference is embrace will only pay what ever reimbursement amount you choose 90% in the case of the policy I was looking at, but having two insurances would cover everything 100%. I have no issue covering everyday things like dentals, etc but I'd imagine, unless I'm missing something, having everything covered 100% would be nicer than having things covered only 90% for big things.
