I have *such* trouble w/ matts on Marcel too...his fur is like the old "angel hair" you used to see a long time ago at Xmas, remember that? God I'm dating myself so much right now. Anyway, his hair is uber fine and tangles like crazy. You just look at his fur, and it jumps into a tangle, I swear. I've tried sooo many sprays and rinse out conditioners and leave-in conditioner and coat conditioners...and really, nothing actually helps. It's such a high maintenance texture!
