Are you saying that trupanion and healthy paws don't cover dentals and neutering? Embrace does cover these. Mikkis dental cost me over $200. They covered it 100%. If they don't cover those, for $2 a month more I would go with embrace. Or maybe I am misunderstanding what you are asking.
