This may seem silly but, does she have gas? Bubba acts strange when he has a gassy episode. He looks like you have beaten him and runs or slinks away, looking back behind him like I did something to his butt. Sissy runs, then sits down quick and stares at me when she has a little piece of dry poops stuck to her hair.
Or possible anal gland problem? If she continues to act strange I would consult your vet and get her checked. How old is she?
