My Lucy is a mixed breed Yorkie/Silky.

I was wondering about when I should (or IF I should?) be expecting her fur to change color and when I should expect it to get long; right now she still has the short scruffy fur on her back and body that she's had since she was a tiny pup. Her head hair is changing colors now; she loks like a blonde that dyed her hair black; her roots are showing bigtime.

Anyway, I see all these pics of long-haired Yorkies (and the same with Silkies) and was just wondering about how old the dog is when it's evolved to its final form (Pokemon, anyone?).

She's about 17 weeks now. Thanks!
