Sometimes Peanut will hear something and he will get freaked out, eventually he will recover and act normal...Maybe this is the case with your BooBoo?
Maybe try to take him on a walk see if he perks up, if not I would maybe take him into the Vet to get looked T.
Hopefully it was just something he heard and he starts to act like his normal self.
