I would not buy from a breeder who shipped the puppy in cargo. That's my own personal bias. I would rather have someone fly the puppy via courier in the cabin. I've been stuck on enough delayed flights, repairs, delays on the tarmac, etc to not feel comfortable. But, if you are, then the Airlines themselves have temperature requirements for shipping animals. I would just fly to pick up the pup or use a courier.
