VainChick - Your little puppy may be just fine. All the dogs and cats I have had my entire life have thrown up occasionally. Throwing up or spitting up isn't necessarily bad. It just happens. If your pup is acting the same, playful, normal bowel movements, etc., I wouldn't worry.

If your pup's throwing up - just keep an eye on her. If she starts to act sick - not eating, abnormal bowel movements - not playing, etc. - then you should probably take her to the vet for a checkup.

I notice every once in a while that one of my pets has thrown up a little some place in the house......it happens! And, no one has ever been sick. Actually, I'm never even sure which one did it.
