-For securing your purchase... "First come, first serve" we will soon start accepting the deposits(cash only). The deposit will go towards the price of the puppy and the remaining balance will be due by pick up date which should be around January 19th give or take. If you make your deposit to secure a dog and change your mind before January 1 you will receive half of your money back. If you wait until after January 1 you will only receive $100.oo back. This is an "earnest money deposit" meaning your puppy will be reserved for you and means we will not be accepting new buyers once the all puppies are accounted for. This is solely done to to keep us from dealing with unnecessary "non-serious buyers."
-Puppies should be around 7-10ibs full grown.
-Sire and Dam are both owned by us. We do not bring in outside studs to breed. All in house breeding done on premises. Have not had any health issues with our dogs as they are standard size and are much less likely to have health issues common with the minature breeds.
-Please do all your research to make sure this is the breed you want.
-Shots and deworming will be up-to-date.

That is off the fb page. Not thrilled with this. One they have never breed before and don't know the lines of there breeding dog so how in the heck can they predict the weight and say the pups will be healthy? I'm guessing since they made an fb page they plan to breed more which is not good for many reasons the dogs are not registered with a reputable registry and could be mixes, they are not better the breed because they don't know the lines and the dogs are not standard and should not be breed. The puppies need to be with mom until 12 weeks! Ugh!
