If she follows what Gracie Ruth did, her head will go silver than turn blonde'ish. Her body will turn more silver/silver blue. It took G until she was almost 3 to complete her change. It's one of the fun parts of owning a Yorkie pup. Seeing what color they 'decide' to be.
