Chasing her is a game to her, it's attention she wants right then and now. She already knows if she ignores you when you all her, you are going to come for her, now the game begins. When it's meal time set the food down call her to eat, if she doesn't come, leave the food, leave the room, if she is hungry she will eat on her own time. Yorkies are notorious little teasers lol, sweet little critters that they are lol. Like sir teddykins suggested, when you call her and she comes, reward with a treat. If you don't like the chase and capture game, then ignore it, stop the chasing, reward when she comes. Yorkies are very good at training US lol.
