OK, got mine a couple days ago & have mixed results: Dolly gets sooo excited when other dogs are playing together or playing with toys. She can't control her barking & my poor Teena doesn't get toy playtime because of this. So we got down on the floor with the toy box & started playing with Teena, & Dolly started barking her head off. She didn't flinch when I pushed the button--but Teena stopped playing & walked away. Tried the same thing about 4 times with the same results.

Once they started barking at some noise & again it worked on Teena (who really isn't a problem) but not Dolly.

There might be a little hope, but maybe it's wishful thinking: today they started barking just a little & I held the Bark Genie & said "No bark" & they BOTH quieted down. But truthfully, they did listen to me sometimes before the bark genie.

BTW, Dolly's hearing is fine. Maybe the Bark Genie will be returned................
