Unfortunately Scrappy did not make it. I too did not think there could have been poison he could have gotten into, but you never know. He was my little sneaky eater. I knew it was bad when we gave him chicken broth and chicken and he didn't even budge. He was a foster, so it was not my decision to try to save him or not.
I hope your pup's problem is not too serious. I too would like to know where I can get an $80 dental! Usually it's about $200+ without extractions.
