I do not know how to do it, but I have seen large amounts of money raised especially for vet bills, on that "GoFundMe" site....I do so pray you can get the funds needed to get your baby the help he needs, in time for him. Maybe your vet would consider allowing you to set up a monthly payment plan with him?
