Thanks so much everyone...so interesting to see how everyone uses their mixer. I'm leaning toward not getting one bc the more I think about it, the more I realize I'll hardly ever use it and I'd be lazy to get it out, and think I would instead just grab my trusty easy hand mixer....but not totally sure yet
