I use my own hair bands which are anti snag as they have no metal joins in them but they tend to be heavy for Teddy's head (i.e. he is aware the are in) so I also use loom bands which kids use to make bracelets etc since you can get like 5 billion for a buck and they come in all different colors! They work better than anything I have used so far as they are light weight but they do snag because I am horrible at doing anything for hair - including my own!
