You don't need to use Advantix II unless you also want to cover for ticks.
You could just use Sentinel and cover intestinal parasites plus fleas.
Advantix is not a product I would use for my dogs. We have ticks here and although I've used Frontline for many years, I am switching to a tick collar that I can use with Sentinel.
