Hi everyone,

We just got our new baby 2 1/2 weeks ago! And I have a couple questions.

First....how long til your little guy was potty trained? We're pee pad training him - I am home all day and SO vigilant but he still has 1-2 accidents a day. Just curious.

Second...he sleeps in his crate beside our bed right now. We have to get up 3-4 times a night to let him out to go pee (he cries to let us know). I am at the point that I am getting so exhausted by this....I just feel so unrested the next day since my sleep is constantly interrupted. How long do you typically have to wake up multiple times a night for bathroom visits? And...is there any alternative? Like creating doggie stairs off my bed and putting a pee pad in my room? I don't really want to get him going to a 2nd pee pad location (might confuse him?), but he's too little to even get down the stairs to go to his current pee pad right now.

Also, do you transition him from crate to in your bed, or crate to his own bed, once he's potty trained? Again, just curious.

Any advice/tips would be appreciated!
