Yep...her ultimate size is pre-determined. I will tell you though, my 2 younger ones were charting to only be around 3 pounds too...they are indeed small, however, they "filled-in" later making them more like 4 pounds. So they look like 3-pounders, but they are nice and sturdy. So, the puppy you're looking at may get to be 4 pounds once it fills in.
