Welcome to Yorkie Talk! This is a wonderful forum. Great people and tons of information. We have some real pros on this site, so I hope they jump in and help you. When I picked out my boys I looked for the really healthy pup, alert, playful, bright eyes and one that I could hold in my arms on his back and he would be contented to stay there. I also took toys with me and rolled balls to see if he would chase them. I rang bells to see if that would get his attention. Plus asked tons of questions. I saw the Mom and Dad.....etc. I hope some of the breeder pros can tell you more. Good Luck!
