Being a maiden bitch would have nothing to do with it. It depends on when during her heat cycle she was first bred and when her eggs are released to be fertilized. I have had maiden females go anywhere from day 58 through day 67. Male sperm can live up to a week in a female after she has been bred so unless you had the vet run a test to see if the female was ready for breeding prior to breeding her there is really no way of knowing for sure when she takes.
