Please do NOT buy a puppy from a flea market.....This is where puppy mills take litters to dump. All these organizations that are going after puppy mills, trying to close them down, need to start clamping down on the areas where puppy mills off load their pups! Yard sales and flea markets are a prime source for dispersal. You will more than likely end up with a puppy that has multiple health challenges, that will more than make up for the "great deal in the price" you get when you buy a baby from a flea market! Check out reputable rescues! Check out the pound! You would have more LEGAL recourse if you bought a puppy from a pet store and it gets sick and dies on you!
