Legs are our trouble spot too, sigh. I suppose it is just easy for lilah to tuck them under her and wiggle more during a snugly evening brushing. Our next step (and a long overdue one) is getting a proper grooming table with a noose loop. I conceptually understood the importance of grooming for routine development when I originally got lilah but now I have hands on experience as to the 'why' of that, lol- and I swear we will not have another Yorkie before owning a grooming table!
