For the record, I used to use Angel Eyes before it came out that it's not (totally) safe and I will say I didn't notice any difference any way. You're supposed to mix it with their food so they consume it that way and it didn't do anything for Billi.

I give her filtered water, which helps a little bit, but more than anything a cloth with warm water and a comb in the morning does the trick.
