So sorry for the loss of this puppy and the anguish of those who loved and cared for the pup. Also, sorry for the poor health of the breeder.
That being said, it seems like some hard facts are being ignored here. So fortunate the previous pup they purchased is in good health, however this pup was not. Documentation of professional vet treatment and unbiased autopsy documentation are the bottom line. There was a contract, and the breeder must uphold their end of it.
It is so unfortunate that these folks have to experience the contentious aspect of living the contract along with their grief of Losing their pup.
