Hi Buster,

Thank you for your question.

Each of our puppies receives a wellness check with our veterinarian just before leaving for their new homes. Our contract states that the buyer have the puppy looked at as well by two veterinarians, if a problem such as a congenital issue is found the puppy must be returned to Firebrand Yorkies. If the puppy is not returned within seven [7] days the contract is void.

If the puppy does not make it past two [2] years (more generous than the website currently states) because of a congenital issue and it is proven with an autopsy and vet report, the puppy will be replaced.

We can not guarantee that the puppy have any non-life threatening issues. We also cannot stand behind improper care from the buyer after receiving the puppy.
