She just dont want to fork over her christmas money to remburse you. She can not just change the contract without both of you signing the changes. You have a vet to prove your case. Call better business to and make a report. Let. Her know if she does not handle this in a timely manner your lawyer will be contacting her. As you have vet proof the puppy was born with this. Next step small claims court. Let her know you would rather settle this out of court.
