Yeah you can register a coffee table as a dog with the CKC so more then likely it could have something else mixed in there but just because he is bigger though is not a reason. It sounds like this is definitely not a good reputable breeder so you need to watch out for genetic issues which sometimes will not show up until later in there life and I would suggest getting a dog insurance that covers genetic issues.
