We use expens, they fold flat for traveling and can be opened up to use as a fence to keep young pups in the room with you if needed.
Leave the potty pad in the same place but open it up to teach pup to go back to it.
We move the expen to our bedroom (where her second potty pad is) at night.
lots of treats and praise when they use it. ignore and clean up mess when they don't.
it takes time but it works! have fun. |
