I'm sorry for your loss, first and foremost..
I think you have done an admirable thing by naming and shaming this breeder here and others will be able to use your experience when they start the process of purchasing a puppy.
You've done nothing wrong and you are right to expect her to honor her contract. How appalling, the things that she said to you, which I feel are being said out of spite.
I'm not sure if it's worth hiring a lawyer or not but I do think it's worth you making a few calls to find out.
