Homemade ice cream is one of life's luxury items - truly an indulgence one hardly sees anymore. It's so good it hurts to remember just how good my last homemade ice cream was!!! Go for it and make it until you learn how to get it right. I'll bet your "mistakes" will still be delish! Mmmmm - lucky you!
Self-confession: A home ice cream maker and a bread machine are two indulgences I haven't the character to own personally, as I would live off nothing but home made bread and ice cream 24/7/365. I couldn't waste any calories or tummy space on anything healthy as long as I had the wherewithal to make those two items for myself at home.
