There might be a better way, IDK. We've used belly bands on our other yorkie the last year and a half only when we're going to be away from the house for a couple hours, dog has run of the house that way. Simple velcro fastener, beige or brown cloth bands... and a desert camo one..with a liner. It's no worse than me having to wear pants.
