Ticks carrying Lyme disease bacteria found in Rouge Valley | Toronto Star
While warm weather is more conducive to Tick borne disease unseasonably warm weather may bring them back out again. The Rouge Valley is a *newish* area for Lyme disease.
There is a vaccination against Lyme's that does requires annual boosters.
