Thank you for your response! He's a small little guy. Our vet said his max weight is 3lbs...he weighed about 2.8 lbs when we got him at 5 yes old. I think the biggest concern is the extra weight on his arthritis. I can tell he's having a hard time walking around. We don't give him table scraps, but because of his having few teeth we do give him some wet with his dry food.
