Wow NINE puppies? The largest litter I'd seen personally was 7 and oh boy did those people want to get rid of those dogs quick. The puppies really need to stay with mom until at the VERY least 8 weeks, but 12 weeks is best. Actually it's illegal in most states to sell puppies younger than 6 weeks, and that's not doing the puppy any favors either. They learn so many puppy manners from mom and litter mates between 8-12 weeks.

But you are past a major milestone. Mom gave birth and she and the pups survived.

That said, CKC registry is not a reputable registry, unless of course we are talking Canadian Kennel Club, but I see you are in the US, so Continental Kennel Club? The only registry that is legitamate in the US is the AKC and even then not all dogs with AKC papers are up to breed standard.

But to answer your question.... knowing what I know now, I would not pay more than a few hundred dollars for a non AKC pure bred yorkie pup, knowing I could adopt one from a reputable rescue. Let me tell you I was a fool and WAY overpaid for my non AKC yorkie in 2007 who has sparse hair, too long legs, unlevel topline, wrong coloring, big ears, long muzzle, with LP grade 2-3. I love her more than anything, but man was I taken. Again, saying what I know now, I could have gotten a show quality yorkie for that price.
