How large she will mature to is genetically programmed into her! You can not affect much change in that! You can feed her to make her fatter....she may indeed have a growth spurt and get larger. Some breeders will have pups that are genetically programmed to be larger, and for people wanting a small yorkie, they will tell them to limit the pups intake of food...so you can successfully, to some degree. take a dog that is genetically programmed to be larger, and stunt its growth by not feeding enough, but you can not go the other way and make a small yorkie into a larger yorkie by over feeding!
