I'm sorry, but you are fooling yourself on this one. A pup cannot tear up a harness or collar...or should I say a bunch of them....in just a few minutes. You are courting danger with this. You were very clear in your first post about how lucky you are she did not run off. That tells me you are not supervising her as you suggest. And, let me add, a pup can be stolen in a matter of SECONDS...forget MINUTES.
Please heed this warning....if something happens you will not forgive yourself.
